HOW AN APPOINTMENT RUNS

Two hours

Long enough to try six or seven samples without rushing the last one.

Two guests

The room seats three comfortably. More than that and the mirror gets crowded.

Bring shoes

Or an approximate heel height. Hems are marked to the shoe, not to the floor.

No purchase

Nothing is ordered at a first appointment. Quotes are sent afterwards in writing.

Appointments are held for fifteen minutes past the hour booked. If you are running late, telephone the room directly rather than the general line; the fitting rooms do not share a diary.
